We are confident you will be very happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied please return the item to us unworn, with labels intact and in its original condition, within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange if required.
Following receipt of the returned goods a full refund of the purchase price of the item will be issued by the same payment method as that used originally to purchase the goods. If the item was bought for you as a gift then you should ask the original purchaser to return the item to us so that we can refund them directly.
Please note we do not offer a free returns service and all return delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you return items by registered post and retain proof of purchase.
Free postage on any exchange will only apply to an item of the same product type being exchanged for a different size, leg length or colour. If you wish to exchange your returned item for a different product you will be required to pay postage at our standard postage rates.
If you need to return any item to us please complete the Returns Form on the back of the Delivery Note stating whether you require a refund or an exchange and enclose it with your parcel. Please ensure the parcel is packed securely and return it to:

We will contact you to confirm your return has been processed and you will receive your refund credit or exchange order (when in stock) within 2 weeks of receipt of your returned goods by us.
