HatsunVisors is a trading division of Sport a la Mode Ltd which is registered in England and Wales as Company Number 5457654. Our Registered Office is at 30A Bedford Place, Southampton SO15 2DG.
Prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling and are exclusive of postage and packing. Whilst all prices are valid at the time of publication, HatsunVisors reserves the right to change our prices at any time. Prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
All orders are subject to availability. Receipt of an order via our website and emailed confirmation to a customer of receipt of an order does not constitute acceptance or guarantee fulfilment of an order. HatsunVisors reserves the right to refuse to accept any order at our sole discretion.
Please note that for large orders HatsunVisors may choose initially to only fulfill part of that order.
The HatsunVisors website is provided to you free of charge for your personal use. Any contract for sale of goods between HatsunVisors and yourself will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
HatsunVisors total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by HatsunVisors to the customer, together with any postage costs incurred. HatsunVisors shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way.
HatsunVisors cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions on the website or brochures. The mail order information and conditions shown on our website and in our brochures do not affect customers statutory rights.
Product and company names mentioned on our website and in our brochures may be trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. Our website and brochure design, text, graphics and images are owned by HatsunVisors and reproduction of any of these without permission is prohibited.
