General Information HatsunVisors is a trading division of Sport a la Mode Ltd, which is registered in England and Wales as Company Number 5457654. Our Registered Office is at 30A Bedford Place, Southampton SO15 2DG.
Prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling and are exclusive of postage and packing. Whilst all prices are valid at the time of publication, HatsunVisors reserves the right to change our prices at any time.
All orders are subject to availability. Receipt of an order via our website and emailed confirmation to a customer of receipt of an order does not constitute acceptance or guarantee fulfilment of an order. HatsunVisors reserves the right to refuse to accept any order at our sole discretion.
The HatsunVisors website is provided to you free of charge for your personal use. Any contract for sale of goods between HatsunVisors and yourself will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
HatsunVisors total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by HatsunVisors to the customer, together with any postage costs incurred. HatsunVisors shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way.
HatsunVisors cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions on the website or brochures. The mail order information and conditions shown on our website and in our brochures do not affect customers statutory rights.
Product and company names mentioned on our website and in our brochures may be trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. Our website and brochure design, text, graphics and images are owned by HatsunVisors and reproduction of any of these without permission is prohibited.
Returns Policy We are confident you will be very happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied please return the item to us unworn, with labels intact and in its original condition, within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange if required.
Following receipt of the returned goods a full refund of the purchase price of the item will be issued by the same payment method as that used originally to purchase the goods. If the item was bought for you as a gift then you should ask the original purchaser to return the item to us so that we can refund them directly.
Please note we do not offer a free returns service and all return delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you return items by registered post and retain proof of purchase.
If you need to return any item to us please complete the Returns Form on the back of the Delivery Note stating whether you require a refund or an exchange and enclose it with your parcel. Please ensure the parcel is packed securely and return it to:

Please note that should we send you the wrong goods in error, or if the goods are faulty, then the cost of return postage will be paid by us.

If the items are not in stock, or we anticipate a delay, we will contact you asking whether you still wish to proceed with the order. We will not charge you until the goods are despatched and will only charge you postage once per order, no matter how many parcels we send you to fulfil the order.
How to order
Online at www.hatsunvisors.co.uk You can order safely, securely and with ease online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by adding the items you require to your shopping basket. As you shop you can view and amend your order at any time by clicking on "Cart Contents". When your order is complete, click on "Checkout" and enter your customer details, delivery details and payment information.
Your order will not be placed until you click on the “Send” button at the bottom of the order form. At this point you are entering a legally binding contract to purchase the goods. As your security is very important to us your transaction will be encrypted and processed in a secure environment. Look out for the closed lock symbol in the bottom of your browser window to confirm the connection is secure.

HatsunVisors accepts cheques, postal orders or the following credit or debit cards - Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, Visa Debit, Solo, JCB and Electron. We are unable to accept American Express or Diners Club payments. Please note that for orders from Western Europe we only accept credit card payments and orders must be made via our website, by telephone or by fax. We are unable to accept cash.
After ordering customers have the right to cancel the order within seven working days, starting from the day after the goods are delivered, and receive a full refund within 30 days. Customers must notify HatsunVisors at Sport a la Mode Ltd either by letter or email (telephone confirmation is not acceptable) and goods must be returned to us in good condition and at the customers expense. Sizing Information
Headwear and garment sizes are specified for each item in the product description on the relevant product page. Please note garments may vary in size depending on the style, cut and design of each item, so if you require a close fit or prefer a looser fit please consider the sizing comments on each item. If in any doubt, please telephone us for assistance, we will be happy to help. This is important because sizing and cut not only vary by manufacturer, but a specific manufacturer's garments may vary slightly in sizing across a range. Customers are often tempted to purchase a specific garment in two sizes and then return one later - please contact us first if you unsure what the most suitable size is for a specific product. Similarly, if you wish to know the length of a specific garment, just ask us.
Guide to Measuring Yourself
Headwear - To obtain your head size, place a tape measure on your forehead, positioned above the ears ensuring you measure the widest part of your head. Chest - measure around the fullest part of the bust Waist - measure around the natural waistline keeping the tape measure comfortably loose Hips - measure around the fullest part of the hips.
Descriptions We take care to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of our clothes and accessories are correct on our website, and in our brochures, and match those supplied to us by our manufacturers. Whilst colour reproductions are as close as computer screens and printing permit, slight variations may occur.
